Registration and Participation in Webinars and Events: When a person registers for a webinar or event organized by The Data & Cloud Academy through LinkedIn, we may receive from LinkedIn the data provided by that person through the registration form, in accordance with the terms and settings applicable to the event. This data will be processed by Global IT Connect, S.L. primarily to: - manage registration and participation in the webinar or event; - send necessary information related to the event; - facilitate or manage access to the online session; - communicate with participants regarding event organization; - manage administrative and organizational aspects related to the event. The legal basis for processing will be, as appropriate, the execution of measures requested by the data subject to participate in the event and/or the legitimate interest of Global IT Connect, S.L. in organizing and managing its activities and events, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR. The use of LinkedIn for registration also entails personal data processing by LinkedIn. Such processing will be governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy and terms.

5. Webinar Recording: When a webinar is recorded, participants will be informed in advance of this circumstance. The recording may include the image, voice, name, or other contributions of speakers and, where applicable, participants who intervene during the session. The recording will be used solely for the previously communicated purposes, such as documentation, training, dissemination of webinar content, or subsequent publication, where appropriate and subject to the corresponding legal basis. Where possible, efforts will be made to avoid the unnecessary inclusion of participants' personal data in the recording.
